BIATEC – CELTIC MINT
The miniature space (14m?) is completely black—like the inside of an optical instrument, it is not meant to be seen. Only the content is visible. The content fills the entire space but is not visible all at once. Three separate projections on the walls react to the visitor’s position and activate only when they are in front of the exhibits to which the specific projection is dedicated. Similarly, the glass floor gradually lights up according to the visitor’s movement, allowing them to discover coin treasures or an authentic skeletal grave beneath their feet. A special feature of the exhibition is 18 separate tubes with coins under magnifying glasses. Thanks to a mechanism, visitors can rotate them 360° to view both the obverse and reverse of each coin. The control button is also a tactile.
