Atlas SNG

The digital guide Atlas SNG presents stories of artworks, their artists, exhibition themes and interesting places in the Slovak National Gallery. Objects in the gallery are assigned simple circle codes. After tapping out the code, a rich layer of information and links to other objects appear in the Atlas. The content does not duplicate exhibition catalogues and offers an accessible insight into more than 250 objects on display. Audiences may try out random codes or take on the Scavenger Hunt, in which works across the gallery are linked by a common motif. The theme of the Hunt is further explored by creative activities and educational videos in the Open Studio of the SNG. Atlas doesn’t require a download, works directly in the browser and automatically remembers all the objects explored.
