Veronika Pařízková is the editor-in-chief of Designnews and led the Czechdesign magazine for seven years. She regularly critiques negative phenomena in Czech design and interviews Czech designers and architects on the podcast “Design do uší.” She is a member of the Academy of Design of the Czech Republic, which awards the Czech Grand Design prizes, the Interior of the Year awards, and other professional competitions. In the past, she worked at UMPRUM, at the Kvalitář gallery as a design section curator, and at Hospodářské noviny as a cultural reviewer.
