The 36 Days of Type, tenth edition
The 36 Days of Type project is a global graphic and motion design challenge in which thousands of designers commit to creating one letter or number from the basic Latin script each day for 36 consecutive days. This includes 26 letters and 10 numbers in total. The designer made it his mission to participate in this challenge and complete the entire collection. He followed two main rules during this process: 1. Plan no more than one day ahead, and 2. Do not set a common theme in advance; the theme must evolve organically. Thus, he engaged in the organic, iterative development of ideas. Each day, he learned something new and drew inspiration for the next day’s creation.
