Justyna Kucharczyk

Designer and researcher. Together with Agnieszka Nawrocka, she runs TUKEJ design group which specializes in wayfinding and visual information design, with many awards on international and local level. She works at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Katowice, where currently she holds a position of Prorector for Research and Cooperation. She also manages and teaches the Social Design Studio. She takes active part in conferences, conducts workshops and training sessions. In design, she is mostly focused on defining of needs and answering the challenges through design approach.

Some of the projects include: Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice, NOSPR in Katowice, Silesia Park in Chorzow, ASP building in Katowice, Frederick Chopin Birth House in Zelazowa Wola, International Center of Culture in Kraków, and Information System for Metropolitan City Transport in Katowice.
