Bibiana Zdútová comes from Partizánske. She has been close to craftsmanship since childhood, as her grandfather trained under the legendary Baťa.
She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Comenius University in Bratislava. She was involved in the founding and development of several successful projects in the creative industry in Slovakia, where she worked as a managing partner, HR director, and consultant.
In 2014, she participated in the revival of the fashion brand NEHERA, where she continues to work as Collection & Managing Director, responsible for both the design and the creative direction of the brand.
