Pradiareň Information System
The Pradiareň 1900 (formerly Cvernovka factory) integrates its visitor orientation system directly into the floor design of the building. This system complements the industrial and cultural aesthetics of the historic space, ensuring that navigation remains unobtrusive yet prominent. The design leverages current implementation techniques while adhering to the building’s industrial heritage. The navigation system features two layers: inlaid floor markings for primary information and screen-printed elements for additional guidance. These are strategically placed on darker areas of the pavement to stand out effectively. Additionally, short historical texts about the Pradiareň (Cotton Mill) provide visitors with more information.
