SOAP BUBBLE
The Soap Bubble Collection is designed for hand production and is hand-decorated using an iridizing glass-painting technique discovered in the 19th century at the glassworks in Zlatno, in the Novohrad region in the south of what is now central Slovakia. It symbolizes the local history of glass, the craftsmanship of local glassmakers, and a tradition of technological innovation. The collection is made in the so-called muslin design. The author designed this project for the ILLOLA design platform.
