Project & Process of the SNG Infosystem
The SNG’s diverse buildings are unified in the renovation concept, reflected in the design of the Information System. The design aims to complement the architecture and exhibits, using a seventies-influenced aesthetic. Elements are set on metal structures with a neutral color palette, minimizing physical supports. The project was designed for flexibility, allowing easy adaptation to changes and easy modification of content. Most media are movable and content application is via self-adhesive film. The monumental ”bridge” of SNG promotes the gallery externally through a hanging system, advertising exhibitions and allowing artwork installations. One and a half years later, the Information System continues to evolve based on practical experience, changing conditions, and visitor research.
