TABLOID 2023
TABLOID is a timeless blend of book and magazine. It features award-winning artists from various fields who received the Tatra Banka Foundation Award for Art, offering readers a glimpse into the artistic world behind the scenes. TABLOID provides top Slovak artists with a platform to present their award-winning works to a broader audience. The publication includes twelve interviews spanning over 270 pages, each featuring an in-depth profile of the awardees, offering personal insights from Slovak artists. The graphic design by Pal Bálik seamlessly integrates photographs with text, headlines, quotes, and other typographic components, complemented by colorful abstract motifs. The soft cover of TABLOID is protected by a custom-made cardboard case.
