PIPE

LUKRU design, founded by Lucia Kružlicová, focuses on interior and furniture design. The studio explores emotional design in relation to the products it creates, aiming to develop ecological and sustainable solutions. The PIPE collection offers a creative approach to repurposing sewage pipes for children’s furniture. The concept transforms such materials into objects that gently raise awareness of waste, encourage a positive mindset, and highlight the importance of sustainability and recycling. Its goal is to challenge the perception of waste—not as a useless byproduct, but as a valuable resource–by using widely available, often overlooked materials and revealing their hidden potential.
