Defectum
Defectum traces the silhouette of a garment that appears perfect at first glance, yet it incorporates flaws. This mirrors the distorted reality of social media and its staged perfection, a theme we reference through the film classic American Psycho (Mary Harron, 2000). The styling of patterns and clothing components is intended to evoke the contemporary Yuppie and guide the mood of the collection. An important part is represented by custom-made patterns created in collaboration with textile designer Juraj Straka.
